Net collections is the actual cash your practice receives after contractual adjustments, payer write-offs, and patient discounts are applied. It does not include gross charges, uncollectable bad debt, or amounts written off to contractual obligations. This is the fairest way to calculate the fee — you only pay us based on what you actually collect, not on inflated billed amounts. 

Absolutely. Every HD+ tier includes full access to the RCM dashboard, claims visibility, and admin tools. If your in-house billing team handles claims, no percentage fee applies. You can also switch to managed billing at any time — it's not a permanent decision. 

No setup fees. We provide onboarding support and implementation assistance as part of your subscription. For larger or more complex deployments (multi-site practices, imaging centers with high modality volume), we'll scope the implementation together before you sign — no surprises. 

Pricing scales per provider as you add to your team. Adding modules (RIS, LIS, credentialing) upgrades your tier — your existing data and workflows stay intact. There's no re-implementation required. 

Month-to-month plans are available. Annual commitments receive a 10% discount on the platform fee. Managed billing arrangements operate on a 30-day notice period — you're never locked into using our billers if your needs change. 

Yes. HD+ is built on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. We execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every customer. Our systems follow current HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule requirements, and we maintain audit logs, access controls, and encrypted data storage across all modules.
